Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the underlying e-commerce platform to offer you the shopping experience.

  • All information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify to process transactions and manage your account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username and password) secure, and we highly recommend that you do not share your access details with third parties.

  • The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors without guardian consent.

2. Data Processing and Targeted Marketing

To tailor the Services, recommend products, and operate marketing campaigns, we integrate advanced third-party tracking technologies:

  • Sharing with Meta: Data sharing preferences for Facebook and Instagram sales channels are set to the "Maximum" level.

  • Tracking Technologies: User behavior and customer activity data are actively shared via the Meta pixel (Identifier: 1398694741739210), the Conversions API, and advanced matching.

  • Consent Management: Users have the right to disconnect this data from the "off-Facebook activity" settings in their own Meta account or through opt-out signals like the Global Privacy Control.

Offers, inventory, and item availability are subject to change.

  • Our store's product catalog is synchronized with Meta to display items in ads and native Facebook and Instagram storefronts.

  • Transactions, promotions, and catalog regional settings are targeted to the Colombia (ES) market.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, or limit and cancel quantities purchased per person or per order at our commercial discretion to prevent fraud or malicious activity.
